Before joining Crown Bank, she held executive and senior leadership roles at three financial institutions including one with $2.3 billion in assets as well as three accounting firms. Her career reflects a deep commitment to financial stewardship and operational excellence across both banking and public accounting sectors.
She served as the 2015 President of the NY/NJ Chapter of the Financial Managers Her leadership within the organization underscores her dedication to advancing financial best practices and peer collaboration.
Currently and over a decade, she serves as Board Trustee, Board Secretary, and a member of the Finance Committee for HomeSharing Inc., a New Jersey based nonprofit dedicated to affordable housing solutions.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Metropolitan Studies from Ramapo College of New Jersey.

Mr. Priolo most recently came to Crown Bank after almost 10 years with Sovereign Bank as Senior Vice President in Business Banking. Prior to this, Mr. Priolo worked for Broad National Bank in the 70’s and 80’s, and then its successor, Independence Community Bank in the 90’s.
